Love, LOVE, Love! Puppy loved too, (well not completely, but everything was awesome! It’s such an awesome setup! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! The only thing I don’t like is the lack of tools from the first time I visited years ago. I was told because of customer theft. I hate this for them and for customers. Might I suggest a checkout and refund bin. Maybe just a basket with a few options where the customer places car keys or say a $20 bill or deposit system? Would just be nice to comb ears and face and paws.

Amazing dog wash room inside with 2 stations. My doggo always loves coming here!

The dog wash room is absolutely amazing. They provide towels, shampoo, an apron (for you, not the dog 😆), brushes, a lovely spritz scent thing. And it’s all high quality stuff. Also, the employees are very helpful with their knowledge about products and what their current sales are. Very nice pet store and very nice people. My dogs are loving their bison lung we got today!
