I adopted a kitten and, being a new fur mom, had no idea what to feed him or what the best items to care for him are. The staff at Tailwaggers was extremely helpful. They are very educated, informed me of different food brands, ingredients, and helped me stay within my kitten budget range while buying the best products. I learned about teeth health, probiotics, the benefits of switching up a cat foods and using raw ingredients, and food bag rewards - such as buying 12 bags and getting the 13th FREE! The store has a great layout and the staff was very friendly. I don’t have a dog, but I love that they have a dog washing station! All of their pet accessories are cute and fun, and I am more confident in my kitten care. A friend recommended Tailwaggers and I know they have a loyal costumer base. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I have read some of the reviews that have been left recently and have no idea what place these people think they are reviewing, but it certainly isn’t Tailwaggers. The store is clean and has a great variety of items hard to find at your standard franchise pet store. The people at Tailwaggers are kind and helpful. And if you have questions about anything, the employee working there has been knowledgeable and happy to help me out. This is a wonderful shop!
